Support the planning and execution of Corporate Communications campaigns, trade shows, and events, and assist with social media content uploads Assist in the implementation of brand management initiatives to ensure a consistent and impactful brand identity across all touchpoints, and all imagery and content are refreshed and up to date Act as a brand guardian, collaborating with teams to ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines for voice, tone, and visual identity Coordinate and track the Corporate Communications department’s budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships, ensuring accurate allocation of funds and timely processing Perform other duties as assigned. Support in ad hoc tasks if needed What you'll need to succeed: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, brand coordination, or operations. Experience in PR and marketing including media relations, copy writing and translation, collateral / website / app production will be a plus Experience with digital media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, WeChat, Instagram). Familiarity with project management and design tools such as Jira and Adobe. Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Chinese, with good bilingual translation capabilities is a must.
