Job Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable full‑stack web applications for internal use. Identify repetitive manual processes and build automated solutions. Connect disparate internal systems via APIs and custom middleware to ensure seamless data flow. Work directly with department heads and end‑users to gather requirements, understand pain points, and deliver tailored solutions. Take ownership of the entire application lifecycle, from concept to maintenance, ensuring reliability and performance. Create clear technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal applications. Uphold code quality, implement security best practices for internal systems, and ensure data integrity and access control. Job Requirements Natural inclination to seek out inefficiencies and propose improvements without waiting for directives. Excellent at communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Minimum 3 years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET /ASP.NETCore. Hands‑on experience managing production workloads on both Azure and AWS. Proven track record of integrating generative AI solutions (Azure OpenAI, RAG, Agents) into production applications. Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Solid understanding of multi‑tenancy, microservices, event‑driven architecture and clean code principles. Experience with Docker, and modern CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
