Job Description 岗位职责 主导科技领域股权投资项目，从项目筛选、尽职调查到交易执行 Lead the whole cycle of early-stage investment in technology sectors, from deal sourcing to execution. 建立并维护与创业者、行业专家、投资人之间的深度关系网络 Establish solid network with professional, entrepreneurs, and other investors. 洞察行业趋势，撰写投资分析报告与行业研究 Identify industry trends and write investment analysis reports and industry research. The Successful Applicant 任职要求 拥有顶尖高校硕士及以上学历 Degree holder from a reputable insitution. 6年以上风险投资、券商投行、资产管理等金融机构从业经验，过往科技项目投资业绩良好，有丰富的投资项目退出管理经验 6 years above working experiences in Venture Capitals, Investment banks etc. Good track record in deals execution and exit. 具备扎实的经济、金融、财务建模、估值分析及谈判技巧，具有行业分析、项目分析、投资估值等经验，并熟知具体方法和流程 Solid financial modelling, accounting, negotiation, valuation skills. 熟悉科技行业发展趋势，具备独立判断与项目执行能力 Familiar with technology industry trends, and can carry out projects individually.
