Strategic Partnerships & Development: Forge and manage strategic relationships with key ecosystem players—including other foundations, lead developers, incubators, research firms, and infrastructure providers—to create a powerful funnel for deals and value‑add for our portfolio. Developer Community Leadership: Act as a key ambassador and connector within global developer communities. Attend and represent OKX Ventures at major hackathons, conferences, and developer meetups to build brand presence and source deals. Commercial Due Diligence: Conduct deep token economic analysis of target companies. Assess protocol design, team capability, market fit, and long‑term viability. Portfolio Support & Value‑Add: Act as a strategic partner to portfolio projects. Provide hands‑on support with go‑to‑market strategy, business development, technical integrations, and community growth, leveraging the full resources of the OKX ecosystem. Market Intelligence & Thesis Development: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of emerging trends in L1/L2 ecosystems. You have a proven track record of identifying alpha and understanding protocol value accrual before it becomes mainstream. You are an active user of DeFi, NFTs, and other on‑chain primitives. Proven Ecosystem Builder: Experience in a role focused on ecosystem growth, developer relations (DevRel), or ecosystem investments within a top‑tier Layer 1 or Layer 2 foundation/protocol. You have a demonstrable track record of supporting and growing a ecosystem. Developer Community Network: A pre‑existing and robust network within overseas (esp. North American/European) developer communities. You know builders, you attend hackathons, and you’re plugged into the Discord and Telegram channels where innovation happens. Investment Acumen: Experience in venture capital, growth investing, or a related field within Web3. You are analytical, data‑driven, and capable of building financial models and investment memos. Strategic Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
