Provide clerical and administrative support to doctors, e.g. managing office supplies, coordinating meetings / trainings/ activities and making transportation arrangement Handle general enquiries from internal and external customers and schedule appointment bookings for doctors Liaise with concerned parties for facilitating doctors to perform their medical duties smoothly Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop good relationship with internal and external customers Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor(s) from time to time Job Requirements F.5 or above graduate At least 1 year of relevant work experience in healthcare related industry Good communication and customer service skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing Compensation and Employment Terms We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates. Appointment will be made on a 3-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
