What You Will Be Working On Generate agency business in leasing of properties by providing a high degree of servicing to corporate clients and consistently staying abreast of developments in the office market. Source market leads and information, generating creative solutions for both vendors/landlords and occupiers/tenants. Build a track record for yourself and the company as leading local market or cross‑border players. Provide market insights and property data to clients, nurturing existing relationships and cultivating repeat business through pre/post‑sales service and proactive follow‑up. Attend client meetings with team members and accompany clients on site visits. Follow guidelines and carry out instructions from senior directors and management, working as part of a cohesive team to identify business opportunities and meet departmental targets. Support the department’s marketing efforts, including marketing pitches, presentations, advertising activities, and production of marketing materials such as property flyers and market reports. Assist in preparing offers to lease, leasing proposals, license agreements and other related documents. Take on any other ad‑hoc assignments as required. You Are Someone With Degree holder in Business, Real Estate or any property‑related discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions. For mid‑level roles, 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate sector, focusing on business development and client service, is preferred. Preferably hold an EAA license or show willingness to pursue it. Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. Excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills. Organized mindset and team‑player attitude; self‑motivated and proactive. Appetite for challenges and strong hunger for success.
