Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Office Leasing Agent based in the Wan Chai District of Hong Kong. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for office leasing activities, including promoting available properties, conducting property viewings, assisting with lease negotiations, and maintaining tenant relationships. Additional responsibilities include preparing leasing documents, liaising with landlords and tenants, and providing high‑quality customer service throughout the leasing process. Qualifications Proficient knowledge of Office Leases and Lease Administration Experience in Property Management and Residential Leasing Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction Excellent organizational, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast‑paced environment Fluency in English, Cantonese, and/or Mandarin is preferred Knowledge of Hong Kong's property market is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function & industries Sales and Management; Real Estate Agents and Brokers #J-18808-Ljbffr
