This role requires a team player who can thrive in a multi‑school environment and contribute to continuous improvement within a centralised payment framework. The accounting officer will report to the Payment Manager at the ESF head office. Responsibilities Handle day‑to‑day accounts payable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing Participate in system and payment centralisation initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency Prepare expenses / month‑end / year‑end schedules and assist in the month‑end closing procedures Handle petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records Provide administrative support, including filing, answering enquiries, liaising with vendors, schools, and departments and any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by management Qualifications Tertiary educated with a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a sizable organisation Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) Possess excellent written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese is an advantage A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Well‑organised, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
