Officer, Accountant, Accounts Payable and Expenses We specialise in the manufacturing and distribution of optical products, focusing on innovative lens technologies and serving both retail and wholesale markets. Our company emphasises quality and customer service as its goal. We are now seeking a seasoned and professional accounting officer for our expending team. Key Responsibilities Timely review of vendor payment applications submitted by procurement. Track payment progress and update system records. Daily collection and organization of USD asset and liability data for the finance management department. Review expense documents, track approval processes, record expenses promptly, and prepare accruals at month‑end. Verify and post automatically generated purchase invoices, issue sales invoices accordingly, and ensure proper recording of vendor deductions. Reconcile internal accounts, cash flows, and transactions, verify outstanding payables, and check the accuracy of system account balances and vouchers. Collect and organise supporting documents for vouchers, prepare accounting entries, and manage the timely transfer of financial records to the archives. Qualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Previous experience in accounting or finance roles (4‑5 years preferred), especially in Accounts Payable or Expenses. Proficient in accounting software, preferably experience in SAP system. Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an advantage. Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
