Sales Executive

Responsibilities Pursue sales growth - Act as window person to distributors, e.g. introducing new products, managing and analyzing order situations, addressing inquiries, collecting sales data to monitor sales situation in the market. Work with Japan headquarters for the item arrangement, and handling the whole product listing procedure in EC site. Handle and manage the whole license application process. Provide support to distributors for promotion/ event arrangements, e.g. design materials, license check, display samples, etc. Conduct market surveys regularly to review the market situation. Prepare internal sales reports and present in monthly sales meeting. Handle the replacement request of defective product. Requirements Diploma or above in Sales & Marketing or other related studies. 1 - 2 years of working experience in marketing, working in Toys or Japanese Companies would be an advantage. Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Japanese (Level 2/N2 of JLPT or above is a must). Strong communication, negotiation as well as presentation skills. Strong problem solving, able to work under pressure & work independently with good interpersonal. Be sensitive to toys market & IP character trends. Proficiency in PC & MS office applications. Knowledge of Japanese Animation and Comics would be an advantage.
