Talent Acquisition | Early Career | D&I Recruitment Description Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure technology sales quotas are achieved each quarter. Develop a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, product demonstrations with SMEs, negotiations and contracting. Develop and execute strategic sales plans for each major opportunity. Participate in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other WTW divisions to win and close the deal. Build and develop relationships to work with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with WTW insurance propositions. Reflect input activity within and maintain accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics) and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management. Maintain awareness of market and industry trends. Qualifications 8–10 years of software sales experience 3–5 years selling into the insurance industry Able to travel 50% of time within the assigned territory Understanding of insurance trends, ideal if you have experience working with actuaries and finance professionals Determination and a great attitude Benefits In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package including a fantastic pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance and flexible benefits including dental cover, additional life assurance, and many other options and Corporate deals.
