We are a well-established Hong Kong listed company with offices in Central and Western District, mainly engaging in property investment, property development and property management. We are now looking for a responsible and competent candidate to join our Facilities Management Team. This role will report to our Head of Facilities Management. Job Responsibilities Assist the Department Head in overseeing the day-to-day operation and preventive maintenance works of the Company’s building facilities to ensure related equipment and facilities are properly maintained and running smooth. Plan and implement equipment, building systems and facilities upgrade to improve the overall efficiency and achieve the Company’s business needs and standards. Responsible for preparing and reviewing of design, drawings, technical specifications and tender documents for various works. Monitor work standards and contractors’ performance to ensure the progress and completion are full compliance with the Company’s policy, relevant legislation and ISO standards. Monitor and supervise the Facilities Management Team and contractors to plan, coordinate, implement and review the repair and maintenance works for the Company’s properties. Prepare order requests, feasibility proposals, budget estimation, technical resolution and optimum solution by considering time, cost, quality and risk factors. Handle emergency incidents and complaints by carrying out responsive corrective measures. Responsible for regular evaluation, review and implementation of ISO Management system. Participate in ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor, Department Head and the Company’s senior management. Job Requirements Degree in M&E, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in building / facilities maintenance, with minimum 3 years in supervisory level. Member of HKIE (Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services disciplines) / CIBSE or equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Holder of Registered Certificate of Electrical Worker is preferred. Conversant with site practice and current regulations and statutory requirements in Hong Kong. Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Strong leadership with integrity, good interpersonal skills and passion for excellence. Immediate available is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
