Responsibilities In charge of the contract and responsible for all contractual and management matters, liaising directly with the Organization Representative, and overseeing overall administration work, including supervising and coordinating among Security Personnel, Cleaning Personnel, Receptionist, and Driver. Attend performance monitoring meetings with the Organization Representative as required. Continuously monitor the changing needs of users, identify opportunities for improvement and renovations to common areas, and propose recommendations to the Organization Representative. Maintain inventory control for all assets within common areas and unoccupied premises. Assist the Organization Representative with claims against drivers or others causing damages to facilities, properties, or harm to personnel at the contract venue. Procure building management supplies as specified by the Organization Representative and in accordance with agreed procedures. Supervise Security Personnel, Cleaning Personnel, Receptionist, Driver, etc. Compile and submit monthly performance reports to the Organization Representative in the agreed format. Assist with operational and laboring duties, including arranging necessary furniture and equipment as requested by the Organization Representative. Carry out any other property management tasks as specified by the Organization Representative. Qualifications Have an aggregate of 10 years of experience in property management, with not less than 6 years full‑time experience at a management or supervisory level overseeing cleaning and/or security service contracts during the past 10 years immediately preceding the original tender closing date. Be fluent in Cantonese, simple English, and Putonghua to satisfactorily perform duties. Be proficient in reading and writing Chinese and English to satisfactorily perform duties. Have a post‑secondary qualification in property management, building management, facilities management, human resources management or equivalent from a registered post‑secondary institution, OR Passed Part II of the Certificate in Housing Management of the University of Hong Kong, OR Passed Part II of the Professional Diploma in Housing Management of the University of Hong Kong or equivalent, OR Obtained the Certificate in Housing Practice of the University of Hong Kong, OR Obtained a bachelor’s degree (Honours), post‑graduate diploma, or master’s degree in Housing Management or Housing Studies from a Hong Kong university or equivalent, recognized by the Government Representative, OR Become a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing or equivalent, OR Become a Registered Professional Housing Manager in the Housing Managers Registration Board.
