Job Responsibilities Responsible to explore sales lead and new sales opportunities for POS, PMS system; Responsible to achieve annual sales target and coordinate with company strategy; Responsible to manage excellent customer relationship with existing customers and explore for up-selling opportunities; To organize workshop, campaign or marketing event with marketing team by half- yearly or yearly; To work closely with project team to ensure project delivery fulfil customer expectation and requirements; To handle customer complaints and enquiries in office hour, non-office hour and coordinate with internal team; Job Requirements Experienced in account servicing or sales is preferred; Experienced in hospitality field is preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with customers and internal teams; Self-motivated and pro-active to follow sales opportunities; Fluent in written & spoken of English, Cantonese & Mandarin; Interested parties please click "Apply Now" and attach your updated resume with expected salary.
