We are looking for a Assistant Service Manager to join our client’s fast-growing team. Responsibilities Oversee the team of daily operation, included Sat, Sun and public holidays Handling customer enquiry and incident in a timely manner to fulfil SLA Prepare documentation, host meeting with internal team and customer On-site, odd hour working is required with compensation Vendor management, collaborate with different vendors to provide service, especially on incident handling Any other duty assigned by supervisor Requirements Bachelor/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline At least 3 years relevant experience Professional qualification on networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is preferred Hands‑on experience of Routers/ Switches, Firewall, Wireless Network and other networking equipment (e.g. Load Balancer, WAF, NAC) Experience in supporting Cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is an advantage Knowledge of service management best practice (e.g. ITIL, ISO20000) Good problem‑solving skills, including root‑cause analysis Willing to work under pressure Able to work independently and good interpersonal skills to interact with team members Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua Benefits Medical insurance Gratuity 5 days work week (Mon‑Fri) Eligible candidates are invited to send their full resume with current and expected salary & notice period via .
