Long Yue Electrical and Mechanical Engineering is seeking an experienced Building Service Project Manager and/or Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Kwun Tong District. This full‑time position will involve managing the delivery of building services projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. What you’ll be doing Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of building services projects from start to finish Managing project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to ensure all work is carried out effectively and efficiently Monitoring project progress and budgets, and providing regular updates to key stakeholders Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track Ensuring all work complies with relevant building regulations, codes and standards Collaborating with clients, architects and other professionals to resolve issues and deliver successful project outcomes What we’re looking for Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field 8+ years' experience in building services project management, preferably within the commercial/industrial sectors Thorough understanding of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection Excellent project management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage budgets Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and the wider project team Proficient in using project management software and other relevant tools Familiar with local building regulations and codes Candidates with less experience will be considered as BS engineer What we offer Competitive salary and bonus structure Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance Apply now Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have in the construction industry?
