Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsible : Follow up existing key accounts & identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and proactive outreach to existing clients. Sell innovative financing solutions to existing clients by understanding their business needs and presenting value-driven financing options. Stay informed about competitive financing products and industry trends to strategically position the company’s offerings. Monitor market activities and competitor strategies to enhance sales performance and refine sales approaches. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Job Requirements: High Diploma or above major in Financial & Financial Technology (Fintech) or a related field. Past experience in follow up Corporate Financing with Forwarder (Air, Ocean, Truck) / Logistics industry customers is an advantage. Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies based on market insights and customer data. Expertise in consultative selling, active listening, and delivering compelling presentations tailored to client needs. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes and handling objections professionally. Deep understanding of customer pain points, with a proactive approach to relationship-building and client retention. Excellent leadership, communication, and emotional intelligence skills to foster a high-performing, collaborative sales team. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred.
