HR Governance Manager

Responsibilities Formulate and review HR policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements and meet with the Bank’s business needs; Coordinate and prepare reports for the Executive Committee, Remuneration Committee and the Board and any other reporting as required; Conduct research, prepare proposals, update the policies taking into account the latest market practice and the Bank’s operational requirements; Ensure the annual update of all HR policies, procedures and forms and that policies are passed through appropriate internal governance procedures; Support investigations, root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive measures as well as maintain records and ensure timely closure of issues with documented learnings; Take lead and coordinate various HR compliance projects and audit exercises; Partner with HR Operation manager to provide value added solutions and advices; Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review; Any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned Requirements Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related discipline; Minimum 5 years of experience gained in Banking industry, with 3+ years focused on governance, compliance, audits, or HR operations/process excellence; Governance mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness; Cross-functional collaboration and influence without authority; Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements; Independent, proactive, self‑motivated, good team player with good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility; Good command of both written English and Chinese and spoken Mandarin.
