Technical Assistant (Electrical Engineering) Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Electrical) Major Duties To perform teaching duties in the area of Electrical Engineering including supervision of students’ projects and fieldwork. To assist in carrying out workshop training. To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration. To assist in the maintenance and development of programme curriculum, teaching materials and facilities. To participate in campus or centre projects and functions, including but not limited to enrollment, student competitions and exhibitions. Requirements A Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. At least one year’s relevant experience. Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Chinese. A good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure. Notes The appointment is initially up to 31 August 2026. The appointee may be appointed as Instructor if they meet the necessary requirements and pass the relevant formalities during the appointment period. Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic or professional qualifications, or those with exceptional academic or professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. The appointee may be required to perform duties outside normal office hours. In support of the Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) Scheme launched by the Hong Kong Police Force, all prospective appointees will be requested to undergo the SCRC at the advanced stage of the employment process.
