Technical Manager (Facilities & A&A) Location: Central & Western District, Hong Kong SAR Employment Type: Full‑time Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior Job Function: Other Responsibilities Assist the Technical Manager in overseeing all tenancy‑related technical aspects of a shopping mall. Address tenancy complaints and inquiries related to technical matters. Provide professional comments on fit‑out designs. Manage A&A works, landlord provisions, tenant fit‑outs, and reinstatement works. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant regulations, ordinances, statutory requirements, COPs, and national standards. Manage the technical team and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and stakeholders. Implement proper procurement procedures for all O&M contracts and outsourced works in compliance with company policy and monitor contractor performance. Demonstrate proficiency in budget estimation, work/project planning and management, and adapt to a dynamic environment. Collaborate closely with internal departments, external consultants, clients, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with operational standards. Qualifications Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management and Maintenance, or related disciplines. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in managing commercial complexes, shopping malls, and A&A projects, with at least 6 years in senior engineer roles or higher. Technical expertise in Building Services Systems and Shop A&A Works. Strong problem‑solving and project management skills. Attention to detail, excellent presentation and communication skills. Independent, proactive, hands‑on, and committed with ability to adapt to change. Resourceful and equipped with excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
