Shangri-La Circle (SLC) loyalty program is looking for a strategic and result-driven marketing professional to elevate member communications and engagement. As part of the Global Loyalty Marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing marketing strategy and translate it into compelling, multi-channel marketing campaigns and communications. By leveraging data and insights, you will drive key business metrics including member revenue and engagement from different segments of members. What You'll Be Doing Formulate and support the development of member communications strategy, aligning with SLC vision and commercial objectives. Develop compelling content strategy and oversee its execution across owned channels. Lead the end-to-end development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns—from concept to analysis. Continuously test, optimize, and report on campaign performance to maximize results. Manage external agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, effective marketing initiatives. Liaise with internal business units to ensure flawless implementation of marketing activities. Support any ad-hoc tasks as required. More experienced candidate can be considered as Manager. What we're looking for Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Communications / Marketing / Digital Marketing. Minimum 5 years of solid experience in marketing communications. Experience in loyalty marketing or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that have demonstrably driven revenue and customer engagement. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Data-led mindset, with experience defining KPIs and using performance data to optimize campaigns and report on business impact. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Mandatory proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with regional teams and partners. Experience in China digital marketing, content platforms and an understanding of the Chinese consumer landscape is a significant advantage. More seasoned candidate will be considered as Manager.
