Section Head, Trade Finance & Services Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of bills processors to perform bills transactions. Ensure daily bills transactions be conducted smoothly and complied to internal procedures and legal requirement. Contact with customers, business units and other departments to provide operational and professional bills advice. Customer-oriented attitude is required to provide efficient and timely services to customers. Handle other duties as assigned. Requirements University degree or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5 Minimum 5 years' solid managerial experience, preferably with banking industry in bills area CDCS holder preferable Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive work attitude Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint Good command of both English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Putonghua is an advantage Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be kept confidential and used only for consideration of applications.
