Responsibilities Lead a team of network architects and engineers to manage and operate the company’s IT network and security platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to align expectations and provide transparency on IT network services, enabling better project and activity planning. Foster an action‑oriented and results‑driven culture within the team, setting clear KPIs to measure performance and deliverables. Re‑engineer network operations processes by driving automation in provisioning and management, streamlining procedures, and adopting automation tools to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to share creative ideas and learn from challenges to enhance projects and daily operations. Develop and strengthen team capabilities by providing insights, learning opportunities, and growth support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in network administration and infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and cloud networking solutions. Proven track record in managing large enterprise‑level networks and implementing IT security measures. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Manager position.
