HR Advisor/Coordinator | Law Firm | Contract role | HKG Contract role | Hong Kong | Global law firm | upto HK$40,000 p.m. Our client, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking an HR Advisor for a month-to-month contract role to immediately join their Hong Kong office, supporting the Asia business's HR operations. This is a temporary contract role with the possibility to turn permanent. More junior candidates will be considered for an HR coordinator role. ROLE Reporting to the regional Head of HR and supporting the regional HR functions of the firm. Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including employment contract preparations. Maintain HRIS and support payroll and salary review. HR administrative support, compliance monitoring of HR laws Support HRM and Head of HR respectively on ad hoc matters YOU University degree in HR Management or related field. Between 2-6 years' HR experience, ideally most or all in law firms Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills. fast learner, organized, efficient, attention to detail. Fluency in English and Chinese language is a must. AMAZING Candidates with a good track record handling the following would be advantageous although not mandatory (these will be part of this role, so an ability to quickly learn and adapt is essential): Experience of coordinating and working knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society and renewal procedures of Professional Indemnity Insurance and practicing certificates. Prior experience administering visas, insurance, and MPF enrollments/terminations. Giving support on graduate and internship recruitment, as well as trainee solicitor development. Organise law fairs and graduate recruitment events. Administering CPD and Risk Management Education (RME) elective courses of the HK Law Society. #J-18808-Ljbffr
