HR Advisor or Senior Officer | Global Law Firm | 4+ Years | HKG Our client, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer to join their Hong Kong office, supporting the Asia business's HR operations. Responsibilities Reporting to the regional Head of HR and supporting the regional HR functions of the firm. Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics, including employment contract preparations. Maintain HRIS and support payroll logistics and salary review. HR administrative support, compliance monitoring of HR laws. Support HRM and Head of HR respectively on ad hoc matters. Qualifications University degree in HR Management or related field. 4+ years' HR experience in law firms, including graduate recruitment and payroll. Experience of coordinating and working knowledge of Hong Kong Law Society processes including renewal procedures of Professional Indemnity Insurance and practicing certificates, and registering of CPD points. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS. Experience of use of Workday is highly desired. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills. High fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese language is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
