Responsibilities Provide support on the daily cash transfer and forex trade processing Prepare and verify the payment instruction to bank and counterparties Conduct testing on system enhancement Handle and resolve queries raised by Wealth Managers Liaise and resolve reconciliation issues with finance department Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned and may perform job rotation to ‘Mutual Fund’ operations as required Requirements Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines 3 years or above relevant operations experience in financial industry Strong knowledge in forex industrial procedure Fundamental knowledge in mutual fund operational procedure and regulatory requirement in Hong Kong Proficient in MS Office applications Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is preferred We offer a competitive remuneration package to the right candidate.
