Responsibilities Develop and execute creative content strategies to drive lead generation and boost brand visibility across Mainland China and global markets. Plan and produce engaging visual and video content from topic ideation and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and publishing to grow views and organic reach. Stay on top of financial, market, and industry trends; monitor competitors and hot topics to create timely, high-impact content that attracts traffic and inquiries. Manage and operate multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Red, Facebook, etc.) with a strong understanding of each platform’s audience, style, and algorithm. Produce a variety of marketing and sales assets, including presentation decks, press releases, visuals, and videos. Leverage data insights to evaluate performance, fine-tune content strategies, and improve campaign ROI. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing, preferably within the Forex, CFD, or fintech industry. Proficient in social media management and hands‑on in creating visual and video content using various design and editing tools. Familiar with creative or AI‑based tools (e.g., Midjourney, CapCut AI, etc.) to enhance ideation, content generation, and design workflows. Excellent bilingual (Chinese & English) writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft professional, trend‑aware, and engaging content. Sharp sense of trends and viral opportunities, with creativity and initiative to produce content that resonates with target audiences.
