We believe in growing everyone to their fullest potential and providing a supportive and collaborative environment where you can thrive Come join our team and build our bright future together Role & Responsibilities Assist in formulating marketing, branding, and communications strategies (Campaigns, events, live commerce, and content) Prepare and conduct regular analytics in evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of each digital campaign, and delivering useful consumer insights Create and optimize compelling and viral content in different digital platforms (Xiaohongshu & Douyin focus), ensuring alignment with product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives Research trending topics, competitive landscape, and statistics for content ideation Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the seamless execution, be the key content gatekeeper to review and control the quality of all related content, on time and of high quality Cooperate with KOLs/KOCs to co-create quality content and amplify reach Assist in ad hoc assignment as required Requirements Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of relevant experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio showcase on Xiaohongshu and Douyin Familiar with online content trends and social media copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu and Tmall Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities Passion for digital marketing technology, with working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Coze, etc.) Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills Experience in planning and managing KOL/UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns is a plus.
