Senior Associate, Operations (Derivatives, OTC Products) Perform daily processing and efficient back office support for listed derivatives & OTC business Trade and data input and output checking Prepare and check internal vouchers, trade confirmations, settlement & payment instructions and stamp duty payment documents Liaise with internal and external counterparties (Exchanges, brokers etc.) on booking, position and settlement issues Ensure all settlement & post-trade handling processing are completed correctly and properly Perform position and cash reconciliation, and follow up on breaks Follow up failed trade settlement cases; resolve operations issues and errors Conduct testing on system enhancement or improvement initiatives Handle and resolve queries raised by sales team and external counterparties Ad hoc tasks as assigned Requirements Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines 4 years' experience in financial services industry, preferably in listed derivatives or OTC markets Knowledge in listed derivatives & OTC products and procedures Highly disciplined, a self-starter and have the ability to execute assignments independently Proficient in MS Office applications Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and fluent in Putonghua is advantage Candidate with less experience will be considered as ‘Associate’ Equal Opportunity Employer We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
