KITE Search are currently working with one of the leading consultancies within the sustainability space, a name respected globally for the work and projects they have completed for Financial Services clients and International MNC conglomerates. As a business they are focused on making a difference and driving sustainable initiatives through consulting services, research, data solutions and M&A advisory. As the demand for their services grows and grows they are looking to appoint a new Partner - Climate Change and Sustainability to work in their Hong Kong head office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting period, whilst playing a key part in the growth and success story of their APAC team. Job Details Develop the Climate Change & Sustainability advisory business, working closely with regional marketing teams Organise and lead regional-level marketing and branding events, including conferences etc Accountability for service line sales and pipeline growth across the region Development of the hiring plan, identification of talent in the market Establish yourself as a thought leader within the climate change & sustainability space Keep up to date with regional market-specific developments and identify the implications for new service offerings Leading service innovation (new service offerings, technological enablement, adaptations by market/sector) that is responsive to client needs and market changes Promote the full range of appropriate service offerings to the global clients in the region, supporting account teams and other sellers through participation in meetings with specific clients/ prospects which would represent flagship projects for the service Prepare and present a regular commercial report for the service offerings Organise and participate in quality client meetings What's in it for you?
