Sustainability Associate, Global Financial Institutions & Banks Regional Expansion to cater for ESG Support Sustainability Strategies Implementation Excellent Worklife Balance & Job Security Our Client Appointed by multiple global banks and financial institutions to search for multiple Sustainability Associates/Analysts to be part of the expanding regional team Job Duties Accountable for implementing the sustainable strategies in APAC Review investment process and products; conduct impact analysis to ensure the fulfilment of ESG/climate risks, sustainable finance disclosure, SFC/MAS regulatory requirements and corporate governance Conduct benchmarking analysis, stakeholder engagement, site investigations, macrotrend analysis, and data analytics to support project delivery Collaborate with investment team and internal stakeholders in establishing data collection and internal policies for ESG reporting, supporting the development of related governance structures and KPIs Facilitate the drafting of ESG/sustainability reports and presentation materials Assist in development of new products and new business opportunities Drive the advancement of sustainability in the industry and wider community through ESG awards, events, campaigns and more Participate in global/regional ad hoc projects include rolling out of related training programs Requirements Degree holder in sustainability/ environmental management/ environmental engineering / climate change/ energy / finance / translation / language studies or other relevant disciplines Demonstrable sustainability knowledge and relevant 4 years +/-relevant ESG reporting, impact analysis, implementation and research experience preferred earned from international financial institutions Understanding of cross asset classes of financial products Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Excellent research and data analytical skills with strong project management skill Ability to articulate ideas into infographics and presentation materials will be a plus Support the development and implementation of predictive analytics models and optimization projects in the Asia Pacific via stakeholder engagement as well as machine learning and data mining techniques Apply advanced data analysis methodologies or algorithm, and utilize statistical and optimization models to solve issues and deploy solutions in the supply chain context Translate big data into business insights and decision making with data visualization and modeling tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
