Add expected salary to your profile for insights Service: Sustainability and Climate Solutions, ESG Advisory Location: Hong Kong Scope: We are looking for a young talent to join our expanding ESG advisory team in the Hong Kong office. Our ESG consultants will gain valuable exposure to diverse industries across our listed and unlisted clients, addressing various ESG advisory needs. These industries include property development and management, technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), financial services, healthcare, retail, education, environmental protection, logistics, hospitality, and more. ESG advisory services include: Assisting listed and non-listed companies in sustainability and climate-related advisory projects, including ESG disclosure and report assurance, sustainability risk assessment, climate scenario analysis, carbon trajectory projection and target setting, sustainability strategy and roadmap formulation, ESG governance, ESG data analytics, and green finance Advising companies and stakeholders in relation to ESG-related matters Responsibilities: Conduct consultancy reviews on clients' business value chain, identifying key value drivers and areas of concern to address risks, including ESG and climate risks Perform benchmarking analysis, stakeholder engagement, site investigations, megatrend analysis, and data analytics to support project delivery Work closely with clients in establishing data collection and internal policies for ESG reporting, developing related governance structures, strategies, and KPIs Collaborate closely with other professional parties including sponsors, legal advisers, auditors, industry experts for ESG disclosure in IPO projects Produce draft ESG reports, sustainability consultancy reports, and presentation materials Assist in development of new services and new business opportunities Drive the advancement of sustainability in the industry and wider community through ESG awards, events, campaigns and more Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the team Requirements: Degree holder in sustainability/ environmental management/ environmental engineering / climate change/ energy / translation / language studies or other relevant disciplines Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) Good team player with the ability to work independently Excellent research and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with flexibility Ability to articulate ideas into infographics and presentation materials will be a plus Short business trip to PRC may be required Demonstrable knowledge and experience key areas, such as in carbon and/or sustainability reporting preferred Recent graduates are welcomed Benefits: We offer attractive remuneration package including a 5-day work week, medical insurance, and good career prospect to the suitable candidate.
