We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in both Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and navigating the complex procurement cycles of both corporate and government entities. You will be a hunter, a strategist, and a relationship-builder, capable of articulating our value proposition to a diverse range of stakeholders. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for the company, focusing on B2B and B2G sales channels such as corporates, insurance panels, and broker/marketing/agent networks. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales leads, provide feedback on market trends, and collaborate on offline events such as event booths and corporate client marketplaces. Work with the product development team to provide client feedback on product and service needs, market trends, and contribute to driving product development. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of Humansa's products and services. Successfully negotiate and close deals, including bulk purchases of Humansa's products and services, agreements with insurance panels, direct billing for corporate health checks, and exclusive offers for corporate clients. Manage relationships with key sponsors for specific accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive B2B&B2G client activation. Stay updated on market trends and industry events to identify potential business opportunities. Track individual contributions and accomplishments related to business development and account management. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably healthcare/insurance related. Strong understanding of B2B and B2G sales channels, including corporates, insurance panels, and broker/marketing/agent networks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. Strategic thinking and ability to identify and pursue business opportunities. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
