The B2B Business Development & Sales professional will drive growth by acquiring new schools and nurturing strong relationships within the education sector. This role combines new business development with account management, focusing on building long-term partnerships and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Revenue Targets : Drive annual revenue by acquiring new school clients. Full Sales Cycle Management : Oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to contract renewal. Relationship Building : Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., vice principals, heads of curriculum). Lead Generation : Maintain a database of potential leads and establish a consistent pipeline. Client Transition : Ensure smooth handover from sales to implementation and ongoing support. Feedback Loop : Capture product feedback from educators and students to inform internal teams. Requirements: Experience : 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably in education technology or software. Client Relationship Skills : Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with institutional clients. Understanding of Education Dynamics : Strong grasp of the educational sector's complexities. Communication Skills : Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities. Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and drive results. Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management processes.
