Direct message the job poster from Aurex Group As the APAC Finance Manager at Aurex Group, you will play a crucial role overseeing all finance operations across the Asia-Pacific region, covering Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. The APAC Finance Manager will report directly to the Group Financial Controller, lead regional financial initiatives, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise comprehensive finance and accounting functions for Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia. Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. Coordinate and be involved in the annual statutory audit process for Hong Kong, Singapore, and consolidated Hong Kong group accounts, working closely with external auditors to ensure timely and compliant audit delivery. Review and approve monthly closing activities for APAC, including journal entries, to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management and headquarters. Drive enhancements in finance operations through system improvements, digitalization, data analytics, and AI integration. Manage and develop the APAC finance team, providing leadership and mentorship. Build strong partnerships with business leaders and external parties, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Promote process improvements and operational efficiencies across APAC entities. Requirements Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related discipline. At least 3 years’ experience with a Big 4 audit firm (essential). Strong managerial finance or accounting experience with proven team leadership. Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia preferred. Ability to adapt rapidly in complex environments, with resilience, proactive learning, and strong cross-team communication skills. Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and issue resolution. Exposure to the recruitment industry is a plus. Proficiency in NetSuite ERP is highly preferred. Regional or international finance exposure is desirable. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in Mandarin (required); Cantonese (preferred). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communicator with both finance and non-finance audiences.
