RECEPTIONIST & ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (Admiralty) Responsibilities Provide all‑round reception and office administrative support to ensure smooth office operations Greet and assist visitors with a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a good first impression Handle daily mail and courier distribution Procure office supplies, pantry items, and stationery Provide administrative support for company events and meetings when necessary Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors Able to work independently and willing to work in different locations are preferred Requirements Diploma holder or above 1‑2 years of relevant experience preferred Fluent in Mandarin is a must and good command of English Familiar with using standard office software such as the Microsoft Office suite Great problem‑solving skills and a solution‑oriented mindset Pleasant and polite, able to work independently Immediate availability preferred We offer attractive remuneration and excellent prospects for the right candidate.
