Focus on building meaningful client relationships without cold-calling or sales quotas Engage with premium individual clients (B2C) , ideal for those with luxury retail or high-end property experience What you will do Build strong relationships with premium clients through personalized consultation and understanding their design needs Provide professional guidance during showroom visits and consultation sessions, helping clients express their design preferences and matching them with ideal solutions Promote our brand image through professional client service and engagement Support marketing initiatives including social media content creation and lifestyle events Identify market trends and client preferences to enhance our service offerings Work closely with designers to ensure client requirements are accurately delivered Requirements Diploma or above in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related fields Previous experience or interest in account service or customer service roles (luxury retail, property sales, premium hotels, or similar industries) preferred; OR experience in customer-facing roles such as business development, customer service or sales Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent relationship-building capabilities and customer-centric mindset Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Interest in interior design and good aesthetic sense Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin and English Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is a plus Willingness to perform shift duties . Fresh Graduates are Welcome.
