Manage key customers on a day to day basis to resolve any business-related issues that may arise. Responsible to deliver and develop the company's sales and profit targets. Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with cross-functional team (Marketing, Customer service, Finance and Supply chain) to realize those opportunities on project basis. Coordinating the material necessary on the future plans for the business and the risks foreseen. Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles are also necessary. Requirements A degree holder preferably on business / marketing field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FMCG Key Account experience Strong project management experiences and solid skills at Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point. Able to work in team, but stressful, environment with strong problem-solving mindset. Be result-oriented.
