Responsibilities Develop and implement brand strategies and plans to enhance the brand presence in the market. Oversee the creation and execution of digital content, marketing campaigns, events, loyalty program and digital advertising to drive brand awareness and engagement. Efficiently manage social media accounts, including campaign execution, responding to inquiries, and providing client insights to continuously improve brand interactions and content strategies. Manage external agencies/vendors for media, production, PR, digital, and events. On-going business analysis and monitoring of KPIs performance, competitor activities and market trends. Manage ad hoc projects and brand activities. Qualifications Degree holder of Arts, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, content strategy and customer experience with proven track record. Familiar with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Douyin/TikTok, and ad boosting for the respective ad channels. Resourceful, hands‑on experience leading creative ideation, able to work independently and under pressure, and have exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Possess excellent proficiency in both Cantonese and English.
