Responsibilities Ideation and Concepting: Lead the brainstorming and development of high‑level, original creative concepts and campaign across various media (digital, print, OOH, KV & video) that meet the client’s marketing objectives and strategy. Creative Direction: Partner with the Creative Team to help define visual tone, style, and art direction for major client projects and pitches. Strategic & Creative Mindset: Ability to think conceptually, translating brand strategy into compelling creative ideas. Pitch Development: Play a lead role in developing and presenting creative concepts for new business pitches, often creating initial mock‑ups and presentation materials. Designing key campaign assets (e.g., images, digital ads, web pages, print layout for digital, social media, and ad platform). Ensure consistency and quality control across all campaign elements, verifying that graphics, photographic, and video assets are appropriately managed and utilized. Work closely with production teams (printers, photographers, developers) to ensure the final product is delivered on time, maintaining the creative integrity of the original concept. Coordinate with Teams: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and account servicing, while occasionally coordinating advertising material, content, and external partners to ensure cohesive output. Qualifications Strong communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, eager to support and motivate the team, and meeting deadlines. Higher diploma or university degree in Graphic Design or related disciplines. At least 4‑6 years’ experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, or related position. Hands‑on experience with AI tools (Nano banana, Gemini, Manus…) is an advantage. Strong art sense, creative, willing to take on challenges, self‑initiative, responsible, supportive, and able to work under pressure independently and over time.
