Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. Participate in employer branding initiatives, including campus recruitment, Summer Internship Programme, and Management Trainee Programme. Explore new channels and digital platforms to enhance candidate engagement and recruitment effectiveness. Partner with line managers on manpower planning and resource allocation. Support annual HR processes such as performance management, headcount planning, and budgeting. Contribute to HR projects that drive organizational growth and employee experience. Support ad-hoc HR projects and other duties as assigned. The Person Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong emphasis on talent acquisition and employer branding. Hands‑on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and campus programs. Solid understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement. Basic knowledge of employer branding and familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment. Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and standard HR compliance practices. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing. Ability to use design tools (e.g., Canva) for recruitment marketing materials. Experience with HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage but not essential. Good communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and spoken. Creative, proactive, and passionate about talent engagement. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders. Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
