Data Analysis and Risk Identification: Utilize data analysis skills to deeply analyze credit data, identify risk patterns, and propose strategies to improve credit decision-making. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with business departments to ensure the effective implementation and continuous optimization of credit policies. Market and Regulatory Dynamics Monitoring: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes, and update credit policies in a timely manner to adapt to market development. Report Writing and Decision Support: Write reports and documents related to credit policies, providing data-driven decision support for management. Industry Knowledge Application: Leverage in-depth understanding of the e‑commerce industry, especially B2B supply chain and cross‑border import/export national requirements, processes, and financing products, to optimize credit policies. Requirements Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, statistics, or related fields. Work Experience: At least 5 years of work experience in credit policy or risk management, with a background in banking and/or the e‑commerce trade business preferred. Data Analysis Skills: Possess strong data analysis skills and be proficient in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, R, or Python. Communication Skills: Master English written and oral communication skills, and be able to write professional credit policy reports. Adaptability: Able to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment and have good team spirit. Preference: Experience in cross‑border e‑commerce platforms/trade finance departments of financial institutions is preferred.
