We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Control and Contract Coordinator to join our Finance team in Hong Kong. This dual-function role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in credit management and contract administration. You will play a key part in maintaining financial health and supporting commercial operations through accurate documentation and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Credit Control Conduct customer account openings and credit checks. Monitor and collect outstanding payments, including direct customer visits with Sales. Resolve invoice disputes and ensure timely delivery of accurate statements. Negotiate payment terms and enforce credit policies. Reconcile complex accounts and support month-end closing. Prepare reports on overdue accounts and support risk mitigation. Contract Coordination Prepare and maintain standard commercial contracts and related documentation. Ensure credit terms in contracts align with company policies. Maintain contract lifecycle records and databases. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely contract execution. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in credit control or contract administration. Strong command of English and Mandarin; Chinese Word Processing preferred. Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus. Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Willingness to travel to China (mainly Shenzhen). High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with credit risk assessment and contract compliance. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Experience in dispute resolution and customer relationship management.
