Vice President I/II - BRM Join HSBC to apply for the Vice President I/II - BRM role. As part of Business Banking, you will support small and large businesses in the SME market, expanding overseas and managing cash and trade flows. We are looking for a high‑calibre professional to lead relationship management and product delivery for the Business Banking team. Principal Responsibilities Acquire, manage and grow revenues from existing relationships and expand portfolio. Grow robust relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their needs in line with the bank’s business appetite. Manage risks of the assigned portfolio and ensure compliance with bank and regulatory requirements. Proactively develop strategies to manage relationships and provide value‑added advice and guidance to customers, placing their needs at the forefront. Keep abreast of external factors influencing international and domestic business (economic, cultural, geographical, procedural and regulatory requirements). Qualifications Proven banking experience and strong customer‑facing experience, preferably in financial services with knowledge of wealth management products. Prior experience in commercial/retail banking is an advantage. Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills. Ability to multi‑task and deliver results in a timely manner. High level of customer centricity mindset and dedication to deliver exceptional quality services. Excellent team player with strong motivation to grow existing business and win new business. Fluency in English and Cantonese; additional proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. Relevant investment and insurance licences required. Must hold licences and comply with CPD requirements. Must meet Hong Kong licensing requirements (e.g., pass in Mathematics and Chinese/English proficiency).
