The hotel will feature 1,000 guestrooms designed to cater to diverse travelers, over 6,500 sqm of column‑free meeting and convention spaces, and varied dining and recreational facilities. Conveniently located in Wan Chai, it will house the largest lifestyle mall in the area, Hopewell Mall, and provide more than 400 parking spaces. Hopewell Hotel is dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences in a dynamic and elegant environment. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Hong Kong SAR for a Senior Sales Manager – Corporate. The responsibilities include driving corporate sales and managing client accounts to achieve revenue targets and business growth. The role involves identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders, developing sales strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining excellent client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also work in close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the alignment of sales goals and promotional efforts. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets Proficiency in relationship management, contract negotiation, and account management Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Experience in creating and implementing effective sales strategies Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and operations Previous experience within the hospitality or luxury hotel industry is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic work environment Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Hospitality Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Hopewell Hotel by 2x.
