Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Travel Incentive Events : Take charge of end-to-end project management partnered with travel agency — from creative planning to flawless execution — for a variety of vibrant travel events.
  • Organize Engagement Meetings and Events : Organize local meetings and events to strengthen partnerships, boost engagement with the company, and support initiatives that drive new joiners.
  • Create Unique Experiences : Build strong, lasting relationships with distributors to curate customized events that resonate with diverse market segments.
  • Inspire & Lead a Team : Coach, mentor, and guide your team to excellence, ensuring top-notch performance and growth.
  • Strategic Budgeting : Manage and optimize budgets for multiple event projects while maintaining exceptional quality and innovation.
  • Insightful Reporting : Analyze outcomes and prepare event performance reports to drive future improvements and success metrics.
  • Vendor Management : Discover and negotiate with service providers including production house, MICE agency, premiums.
  • Operation Excellence : Oversee the implementation and maintenance of event/meeting management systems to streamline operations and align with compliance.
  • Agile Execution : Take on ad-hoc assignments that challenge your creativity and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • A degree or above in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in event or project management, preferably in agency, production house and MICE travel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin — both spoken and written.
  • A natural team player with strong interpersonal skills, charm, and professionalism.
  • A confident, customer-first mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for travel and willingness to go where the excitement is
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for staying digitally organized.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Managers.
