Assistant Manager-Commercial Finance

What you'll do Support preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts and mid-term plans. Perform variance analysis and deliver insightful commentary to senior stakeholders. Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to identify trends, risks and opportunities. Ensure commercial teams operate in full compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist in audit and compliance activities. Contribute to automation and digitization of reporting and planning processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data accuracy. New business development – Support the commercial teams to prepare strong investment cases and help define processes & reporting to support the setup of new business channels. Support Ad Hoc requests for analysis. About you To be successful in this role you will be: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance-related fields with CPA qualifications preferred. 3-5 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business analysis within a multinational organization. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI). Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environment. Delivery focused with an ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to create effective relationships with stakeholders at many levels. Strong commercial acumen and ability to link financials to business strategy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective business partnering and communication across functions. High attention to detail, accountability, and integrity. Adaptability, agility, and a proactive mindset.
