Job Description Strategic Account Management Own and manage relationships with high‑value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Develop and execute account‑specific growth plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and delivering measurable business impact. Drive client retention and satisfaction through proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and continuous value delivery. Commercial Strategy & Execution Lead the development and implementation of commercial strategies that support revenue growth, market share expansion, and competitive positioning. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs and enhance operational efficiency. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision‑making and identify new business opportunities. Contract Negotiation & Business Development Lead negotiations of commercial agreements with key clients, ensuring favorable terms and long‑term sustainability. Identify and pursue new strategic partnerships and business development opportunities across target markets. Performance Management & Continuous Improvement Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client engagement, revenue growth, and commercial effectiveness. Continuously refine commercial processes and strategies based on performance data and evolving market dynamics. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial leadership roles within multinational organizations, with a strong focus on strategic account management. Proven track record of acquiring, managing, and growing strategic client relationships. Deep understanding of high‑tech electronics, manufacturing operations, and supply chain ecosystems. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to building commercial capabilities from the ground up. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline; MBA preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
