Job Summary The Relationship Manager (RM) will manage and grow a retail banking client portfolio by delivering personalized financial solutions and superior service. Candidates who are currently Insurance Specialists and interested in transitioning into retail banking front office roles, as well as Assistant Relationship Managers aiming to advance their careers, are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage and expand a portfolio of retail clients, meeting sales targets for banking products including deposits, loans, credit cards, investments, and insurance. Conduct financial needs analysis and advise clients on appropriate product solutions customized to their financial goals. Develop relationships with clients through regular reviews and pro‑active service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams including product specialists and compliance to deliver seamless service. Support cross‑selling of wealth management and insurance products, leveraging your background if transitioning from insurance. Handle customer inquiries, transactions, and documentation adhering to regulatory and internal standards. For Assistant Relationship Managers: assist senior RMs in portfolio management and client engagement activities. Candidate Profile We are interested in speaking with Relationship Managers; Also welcoming Insurance Specialists seeking to leverage their insurance expertise to build a broader retail banking career. Open to Assistant Relationship Managers aspiring to deepen their client advisory skills in a front office capacity. Degree holder in Business, Finance, or related fields preferred. Relevant licenses such as HKMA and SFC are advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset. Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast‑paced banking environment. Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) preferred.
