Job Description Working alongside a wonderful team in The Peak Complex, we are seeking a Property Manager to support our operations team. Key Responsibilities Oversee operations, maintenance and upgrade requirements for The Peak Complex to ensure a safe, reliable and satisfactory environment for tenants, visitors, colleagues, contractors and suppliers. Manage day-to-day estate management and guest services across The Peak Complex, leading the team to deliver exceptional service in full compliance with company policies and standards. Monitor cleaning contractors against service level requirements, participate in tendering processes and handle escalated guest feedback. Deliver quality tenant services, including premises handover and takeover, tenancy fit-out and reinstatement coordination, and complaint resolution. Liaise with internal teams to coordinate events, VIP visits, projects and promotions. Manage annual budgets, monitor performance, identify variances and recommend efficiency improvements. Maintain good relations with government departments, public utilities, neighbours and stakeholders on all matters related to The Peak Complex operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Facility Management or related disciplines. 8+ years in property management and at least 3 years in a managerial role, with solid knowledge and expertise in the shopping mall sector. Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua. Strong leadership ability, effective people management and client relationship skills. Self-motivated, positive, approachable, with strong reasoning and decision-making ability. Strong ability to persuade and influence stakeholders effectively.
